International Yoga Day 21-June-2023

THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology (A Campus of VCSG Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun) celebrated International Yoga Day under the theme of ‘Harmonious Mass Yoga Demonstration’ with great enthusiasm and participation
on 21 June 2023. The event aimed to promote the practice of yoga, enhance awareness about its benefits, and encourage a healthy lifestyle among the institute’s community. Additionally, the students of the ‘Health and Wellness Club’ prepared and decorated a ‘Yoga and Meditation Centre’, which was inaugurated by the director of the institute Dr. S.K. Pradhan, and acknowledged the efforts of the students and highlighting its importance in promoting well-being and mindfulness on 20 June 2023.
